Grok Bots that don't exist yet

These are jobs people want done where we could not find a bot worth recommending. Some are unbuilt because nobody has got to them; others are genuinely hard, and we say which is which on the page. Either way the vacancy stays open rather than being filled with something that does not do the work.

Post a vacancy

What do you want a bot to do?

If nobody has built it, the job still gets listed as open — which is how creators find out somebody wants it.

No account needed. Goes to a person, not a queue that nobody reads.

How we decide

A snapshot as of September 2026, from 25 jobs on the board. Cite it with a link and the date — the list shrinks as bots get built, which is the point.

CRM Hygiene

grok bot to keep my crm up to date

Nobody updates the CRM, which is why every sales team has a stale one and why this is such an obvious job to hand over. The work is mechanical and unloved: filling fields after a call, merging duplicates, flagging deals that have not moved, keeping the pipeline reflecting reality rather than optimism. A bot doing it badly is still better than the status quo of it not being done, which is a lower bar than most jobs on this site and worth saying plainly. Supply is limited so far — this is a job that needs a connection to whatever system you actually use, and the public templates skew towards the two or three most common ones. If yours is not among them, expect to do integration work rather than install a template, and weigh that against how much stale data is really costing you.

Security Questionnaires

grok bot to fill in security questionnaires

Every enterprise deal eventually produces a spreadsheet with three hundred rows asking whether you encrypt data at rest. The answers barely change between questionnaires, they live scattered across an old SOC 2 report, a policy document and somebody's memory, and the person best placed to answer is the one with the least time to do it. It is close to the ideal job for a Bot: repetitive, heavily templated, and grounded in documents you already have. Nobody has built a good one yet. The bots we found either answer from general knowledge rather than from your actual policies, which is worse than useless on a compliance document, or they need the answer bank assembled by hand first, at which point you have done the hard part yourself. We would rather leave this open than fill it with something that guesses. If you have built one, we would like to see it.
